1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading or using Noise Remover & Voice Cleaner ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The app is made by Winton Gee ("we" or "us"). It removes background noise from video and audio recordings on your iPhone, keeping speech, and saves a clean copy.

2. What noise removal can and cannot do

The app keeps speech and removes other sound, including music and singing. How clear the result is depends on the recording: a voice far from the microphone or buried in loud noise may come out thin or uneven. Listen to the free preview before you save, and keep your original, which the app never changes.

3. Your recordings

Use the app only with recordings you have the right to use and change. You keep every right you have in your recordings and in the clean copies the app makes. We receive none of them.

4. Eligibility and requirements

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
  • The app runs on iPhone with iOS 26 or later.

5. Free use and Pro

Previews are free at any length, and the first 30 seconds of every save are free, with no watermark and no limit on saves. Before a free save starts, the app shows the recording's length and what the free save includes. Pro saves the full length of any recording. It is available as:

  • Pro Monthly: an auto-renewing subscription, $5.99 a month in the US (prices vary by region)
  • Pro Lifetime: a one-time purchase, $17.99 in the US (prices vary by region)

Subscription terms

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel the subscription in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Canceling stops the next renewal; the subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

6. Apple's standard license

The app is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (opens in a new tab), together with these terms. If the two conflict, Apple's agreement applies to the license. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.

7. Your data

Your recordings and clean copies stay on your iPhone, in Photos or Files, and nothing syncs through us. If the app or the device is deleted or lost, anything stored only there may be lost with it. See the privacy policy for details.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every recording will come out clear, or that defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WINTON GEE IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES ARISING FROM A RECORDING THAT DOES NOT COME OUT AS EXPECTED, OR LOSS OF DATA. Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Intellectual property

The app, including its design and content, is owned by Winton Gee and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer it, except as the law allows.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Using the app after that date means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
